RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returned goods must be accompanied by the original receipt and be in good condition. All items must be returned in their original packaging and shipping container, as received.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for items that have been used or damaged by the customer. Tribal Star SDN. BHD. is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return transit.

Once the returned goods have been inspected and verified, a refund will be processed within 14 days of confirmation.
